Is the monthly fee required?
The Web and Grow offer includes a monthly fee to keep the website and, with Grow, the system running. Specific terms are set out in the written proposal.
What does maintenance include?
Hosting, SSL, support, technical updates, bug fixes and small content changes within the agreed scope.
What does the Grow monthly fee cover?
Web maintenance plus the dashboard, quotes, forms, follow-ups, review system, updates and basic monitoring.
Who owns the domain?
We check the registered owner and confirm ownership and access in writing before you sign up. No domain is transferred through this website.
Can I start with Web and upgrade to Grow?
Yes. We can expand your solution when you need enquiry, quote and follow-up management. We agree the scope and upgrade price first.
Can I choose Grow from the start?
Yes. We first review your business and agree what you need in a proposal.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes, provided you have permission to use them. We help you choose clear, suitable images.
How many changes are included?
Small monthly changes are included. Their quantity, scope and response times must be defined in the proposal; unlimited changes are not promised.
What do I need to provide?
Business and service information, contact details, your logo and available photos, plus any domain access needed.
How long does it take?
The schedule depends on scope, available content and the reviews needed. It is agreed before work starts.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel the service with 30 days’ notice.
What happens to my website if I leave Varemi?
Your domain, content and data remain yours. Varemi stops hosting and maintaining the service. If you want to continue with another provider, you can request a transferable copy of your website or technical migration.
