Privacy
Varemi is an initiative by Victor Buitrago Builes in Västerås, Sweden. Contact for enquiries and personal data: hello@varemi.se.
We use your name, company, city, phone number, business type, current website information and optional message to respond and discuss your project. Email is optional. Do not include sensitive information or your customers’ personal data.
Your enquiry and the time of your permission to contact you are saved in a private list hosted by STRATO. A notification is sent to hello@varemi.se and, if you provide an email address, a confirmation is sent to you. We do not sell your details or use them for newsletters. Enquiries are handled from Sweden using STRATO hosting and email.
We process details to answer your request and conduct a business conversation, based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Closed enquiries are deleted no later than 90 days after the conversation ends, unless required for an ongoing customer relationship or by law.
The host may process technical access information for operation and security. Submission attempts are limited using a coded identifier and timestamps, without form content in that rate-limit file. The commercial demo uses fictional data and does not save your changes.
Email hello@varemi.se to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or to object to processing. You may also complain to the Swedish data protection authority, IMY.
